Reform consists of a team of core contributors and subcontractors of the DAO, which now consists of a team of 15 members. Reform holds over 50 years of crypto experience, 5 years in Market Making, and manages a large crypto fund with over 100 million AUM, supported by a team experienced in Market Making, fundamental research, trading, Web3 marketing, and DAOs.
Jess Muntenaar - Trading and Business Development
Jess brings over nine years of experience in the crypto market, including several years as Chief Investment Officer at a leading cryptocurrency fund in Europe. He provides deep insights into token structures, market dynamics, and strategic direction for Reform. He is also spearheading the business development side of Reform by ensuring a continuous deal flow of new projects.
Paul Lafaille - Marketing Paul has more than seven years of marketing experience, with the past three years focused exclusively on Web3. He is the host of the widely followed Paul’s Penthouse X Space shows, where he engages with leading voices across the Web3 space. Paul also works extensively as an advisor to a range of large Web3-related companies. His active presence and industry knowledge help shape Reform's marketing strategy and brand positioning.
Ichimoku - Strategy
Ichimoku is the founder of Growity, an algorithmic development company that powers Reform’s trading strategies and market-making infrastructure. With ten years of experience in crypto and a background in running a leading cryptocurrency fund in Europe, he brings a sharp focus on quantitative strategy and algorithmic innovation to Reform.
Aslan - Operations
Aslan brings seven years of hands-on experience in crypto trading, with a strong focus on short-term strategies and the intersection of AI and Web3 startups. At Reform, he oversees day-to-day operations and manages the company’s finances. Aslan also serves as head of people within the organization and is responsible for all DAO proposals and governance processes, ensuring alignment between the core team and community.
Luigi - Technology
Luigi brings nearly 20 years of development experience and over a decade in crypto. He previously runs a successful game studio and is recognized as a leading advisor at the intersection of gaming and Web3. At Reform, Luigi leads all aspects of technology development, overseeing infrastructure, product innovation, and long-term technical strategy across the ecosystem.
Sulley, BD DMM Projects: Leads business development for market making. Handles events, CRM updates, and closes deals with aligned projects.
Aaryan, BD DMM Projects: Works alongside Sulley on market making BD. Focuses on outreach, events, CRM, and deal execution.
Tim, BD Partners: Manages non-MM partnerships, from ecosystem players to AI agents. Also serves as Reform’s main communication line.
Bella, Communications: Drives partnerships with KOLs, ecosystems, and partners to expand Reform’s visibility.
Sylvie Rose, Senior Designer: Leads the design team and oversees all creative output, web, social, and motion.
Adriel, Junior Designer: Creates visuals for social channels and supports long-form content design.
0xNFTea, Marketing Executive: Runs campaigns, social media, and writes compelling, on-brand copy.
WritionX, Marketing Executive: Focuses on content and long-form analysis to support Reform’s messaging.
Fabstacks, Content Writer: Creates short-form content and engages the community.
VLVT, Community Manager: Builds and maintains community across Twitter and Discord.
Bubu, Front & Backend Developer: Develops Reform’s dashboard, site, and tools, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Artzy, Junior Researcher & Social Media Manager: Explores AI use in market making and tracks new ecosystem trends.
Polar Panda, Junior Researcher MM: Builds internal tools to support the MM BD team, especially for lead sourcing.
The contributors of the DAO are supported by Growity Trading, which consists of 25 developers, 5 quants and is overseen by 3 project managers.
, Business Advisor: A seasoned Dutch investor and entrepreneur, Marc founded Tudou, Hut 8, and Climate 8. He will guide entrepreneurship and project launches for Reform.
, Financial Advisor: Kay has been one of the biggest advocates, proponents, and investors in blockchain technology. With 20 years of experience in the financial sector, he is responsible for building and advising connections in Asia.
, Token Advisor: Founder of Decubate and advisor to many projects such as ChainGPT, Elliot will guide the RFRM token launch.
, Market Making Advisor: With previous experience at Skynet Trading, Petros will provide expertise on project market making contracts and connections.
