Reform consists of a team of core contributors and subcontractors of the DAO, which now consists of a team of 15 members. Reform holds over 50 years of crypto experience, 5 years in Market Making, and manages a large crypto fund with over 100 million AUM, supported by a team experienced in Market Making, fundamental research, trading, Web3 marketing, and DAOs.

Ichimoku, Strategy: Founder of a leading cryptocurrency fund in Europe. Founder of a Market Making company and 10 years of crypto experience. Ichimoku focuses on developing advanced market making algorithms for Reform.
Scorpio, Trading and BD: Chief Investment Officer of a leading cryptocurrency fund in Europe with 7 years of experience in the crypto market. Scorpio brings valuable insights into token requirements and construction for Reform.
Aslan, Operations: With over 7 years in crypto trading, Aslan is passionate about short-term trading, AI, and incorporating Web3 startups. Aslan is responsible for Reform operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Bella, Communications: With 3 years of experience in office management and communications, Bella will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships and partnerships with KOLs.
Pauluz, Marketing: With over 7 years in marketing of which 3 years of full-time crypto marketing, Pauluz brings an active presence and marketing experience to Reform.
Pareto, Business Development Manager: Seasoned fundraiser leads specialist and responsible for operations for a major cryptocurrency fund in Europe.
Lumberjack, Technology Lead: Lumberjack oversees technology and future projects involving gamification and entertainment for Reform.

Dr. Spike, Marketing Manager: Dr. Spike is responsible for managing campaigns, organic growth, social media, and deep-dive publications.
Sylvie Rose, Senior Designer: Sylvie will be responsible for all the assets and designs at Reform, including website, social media, animation, and more.
Crypto Pedro, Business Development: Pedro will be responsible for outreach to partners, specifically for collaboration online such as Reform social media channels.
Koen, Front and Backend Developer: Koen is responsible for the full-stack development of Reform’s dashboard and website.
VLVT, Community Manager: VLVT is responsible for building and expanding the Reform community online. This includes Twitter and Discord.
Attex, Community Manager: Attex is also responsible for building and expanding the Reform community online on Twitter and Discord.
0xNFTea, Marketing Executive: Responsible for social media, copywriting, and campaigns.
WritionX, Marketing Executive: Responsible for social media, copywriting, and long-form analysis.
Diakryt, Junior Designer: Responsible for social media designs and animations.
The contributors of the DAO are supported by Growity Trading, which consists of 25 developers, 5 quants and is overseen by 3 project managers.

Kay Van Petersen, Financial Advisor: Kay has been one of the biggest advocates, proponents, and investors in blockchain technology. With 20 years of experience in the financial sector, he is responsible for building and advising connections in Asia.
Elliot Hagemeijer, Token Advisor: Founder of Decubate and advisor to many projects such as ChainGPT, Elliot will guide the RFRM token launch.
Petros Naziroglu, Market Making Advisor: With previous experience at Skynet Trading, Petros will provide expertise on project market making contracts and connections.
