The Proposal Lifecycle is to be applied to ideas and/or changes that pertain to the constitution within the Reform ecosystem. This ensures a well-organized governance process in which token holders have the ultimate decision-making power. The Proposal Lifecycle involves several steps, which will be elaborated on in the following paragraphs.
