Proposal Lifecycle
The governance lifecycle of Reform starts with the governance forum on gov.reformdao.com and ends with it getting listed as an Improvement Proposal to Reform (IPR) on vote.reformdao.com.
The Proposal Lifecycle is to be applied to ideas and/or changes that pertain to the constitution within the Reform ecosystem. This ensures a well-organized governance process in which token holders have the ultimate decision-making power. The Proposal Lifecycle involves several steps, which will be elaborated on in the following paragraphs.
